Who I am actually looking for

I am not looking for a computer science degree. I am not looking for employment history. I will not ask about either.

I am looking for the person who automated something in their own life that nobody asked them to automate. A script, a bot, a workflow, an agent. Something that saved them twenty minutes and took them six hours to build, and they built it anyway because the manual version was annoying them.

You break things and then fix them. You read documentation when you are stuck instead of giving up. You have a graveyard of half finished projects and three that actually work.

You think in systems. When someone describes a messy problem, your mind immediately starts breaking it into steps and asking what could connect to what, and whether the answer is a simple automation, an AI step, or a full agent that can reason and act on its own.

I am not looking for someone who is already an expert in everything. I am looking for someone who can look at a manual process, understand why it is slow, and figure out how to make a machine do it instead, even if that means learning the tool along the way.

Vibe coding is completely fine. I do not care whether you wrote every line or built it with AI. I care whether it works, whether you understand why it works, and whether you can fix it when it stops working.

That is the person I want. Certifications prove you completed a course. I want proof you solved something nobody set for you.

This role builds the tools and agents that let a small team operate like a large one.

What you will do

What you'd own.

Take a problem described in plain language and build a tool or agent that solves it
Build and maintain outreach, research, and follow up automation
Automate internal processes so the team stops repeating manual work
Work with AI tools, APIs, no code platforms, and code where needed
Fix your own work when it breaks, and it will break

Tools we use, or something like them

The stack you'd work in.

Workflow platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
AI models such as Claude or ChatGPT, used through their APIs, not only through a chat window
AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
Data and lead enrichment platforms such as Clay
APIs and webhooks, connecting tools that were never built to talk to each other
Basic Python or JavaScript is a real advantage, though not required

If you have used different tools that do the same job, that counts. We care about the thinking behind the tool, not the exact brand name on it.

What we need

What has to be true about you.

Genuine creative problem solving. Given a scenario, you can design a solution, not just follow a tutorial
Programming knowledge or systems architecture understanding. You know how the pieces fit together
Something you automated for yourself that nobody asked for
The habit of solving before asking, and the sense to ask when truly stuck
Accuracy. This work touches client communication and mistakes are visible

On site at our office on Abdara Road, Peshawar. This is not a remote or freelance role.

Shift is 6pm to 2am Peshawar time, aligned with 9am to 5pm New York time, since this role works alongside our US operations.
